About
I've been coding for a few years now, and it's become my biggest passion — I love learning something new every single day. This site is where I write down the lessons and tips I pick up along the way.
I started with JavaScript and PHP, and PHP is still my go-to language; I picked up Python in 2020 and I'm always on the lookout for the next one to explore. I'm a regular at Coding Dojo Silesia — coding katas with other people, then talking through the solutions afterward, is one of the best ways I know to practice.
Reading is a big part of how I learn — authors like Uncle Bob and Gynvael Coldwind have taught me a lot — and I travel around Poland for conferences like PHPers Summit, 4Developers and BoilingFrogs to stay current.
Lately I've been building small IoT projects too, including an air-quality sensor feeding data into the Luftdaten network. Next up: more open source, and a few hackathons.
